None of the girls had mentioned any moral victories during the team goal-setting session, but the young Golden Eagle Softball team will take the experience from Wednesday night’s game as a positive despite the results on the scoreboard.  GC came into the game at 7-3 knowing Roncalli had won both games easily last year.  Sophomore Alicia

The great weather on Tuesday foreshadowed the performance of the Golden Eagles on the diamond.  GC entered the Circle City Conference game versus Heritage Christian after beating Brebeuf twice last week. Freshman Ana Macha started the game with a single, promptly stole second base and was able to move to third on a throwing error.
